Hal Newman is principal writer and front man for The Mystics of Time, the brassy horn band he founded in 1985 in Nashville. They have performed their fabulous amalgam of Gulf Coast Rock and Roll Rhythm and Blues all over the Southeast and as far north as Minnesota and south to Universal City, Orlando.
